Breathing Difficulties And Upper Back Pains

it just suddenly happened and i felt really hot and now im getting shooting pains in my upper back i feel ill and hard to breathe my head feels dry.. and kind of dehydrated not sure how to describe it though.


Someone help me?

If there's any chance of you having a chest infection then I'd go and see your gp for an antibiotic. Chest infections can cause pain and breathlessness. Anxiety can also mimic this but I'd get it checked out if it persists. Some deep breathing exercises might help if it is anxiety.
