I have been struggling to breathe comfortably for the past 5 weeks, to the extent that I don't want to move or even talk to other people for fear of getting out of breath. What has made it worse is that my sinuses fell really blocked and it's stopping me breathing through the nose.
Yesterday I took a pile of Sudafed for the congestion and it eventually freed up my nose and I started breathing through it - this resulted in my breathing improving dramatically. I am still thinking about it all the time but it does feel a lot better.
However my lungs are totally aching for Britain - is this because I have been overbreathing for so long that they are tired ?? Also I now feel very tired, shaky, sick and have no appetite. Does this sound familiar to anyone ?
