New sensation!

I have had these small shooting pains in my left lower back for 2 days, took tylenol yesterday... it helped, but have been there off and on all day today. Is it anxiety... gas... or my worst thought Kidney stone... I have never had one before... not sure what it is to feel like. I'm scared.

Hi... if it shoots down your leg as well... it could be your siatic.... I KNOW I SPELLED THAT WRONG!!! LOL sciatic??? Sciatic nerve.... It really hurts and I got them all the time while pregnant and sometimes now too... my hubby gets it every now and then as well and I think I read on this site that stress can trigger it... but don't quote me on that!
