I have been on antidepressants and antipsychotics since the age of 7. I am now 22 years old. I have never been off of a medication for a long period of time.
It has probably been about 5 years since I took any antipsychotic medicine, but I have never been without antidepressant until about 6 months ago. I stopped taking my prozac because I felt it wasn't working for me and was just making me tired. Recently I have been having constant panic attacks, and just generally feeling very anxious. Could this be because of stopping the prozac 6 months ago? Would it take so long for me to just start feeling these effects?
