Throat feels strange....numb?

Hi for a few days my throat has been tingly and numb. Like I'm more aware of my throat or like I've got a sugar stealer stuck in it.

Does anyone get this I'm so worried and its horrible.

so does it feel dry? or like when you breathe in does it feel like you're not taking in a breath but you are? that kinda numbness? im experiencing that right now...just tryna relate
