Hello, Im new!

Hello,

My name is Kristina and I just found this website. Im from Canada and my husband is from England. I would like to fight my anxiety asap. It is 24 hour recurring and is causing a lot of strain on my life (relationships and work). I find myself avoiding places and situations. A doctor prescribed me anti-depressants which ended up giving me more anxiety (go figure). I would like to work with everyone to help beat mine and everyone elses anxiety and panics!
