back pains

hey can anyone help me stop this anxiety going out of control
bp fine sugar fine when checked but still got back pain lower left side put in sample for check.
no thats its most likely strained but doubt getting bigger by minute.

no that i blow all health probs up so what next

hey,
not sure if i can offer you any advice, but I am having the same problem with my back at the moment, one day im fine it's just a strained back, the next mad panic cause there is no way it's just a strain, my dad is a gp and he has told me a million times it's just a bad back, absolutly nothing to worry about, i really hope i belive him soon.
sorry I can't offer any real advice but I often find in calms me a bit to know im not the only one.
