Why I love you

Though the mornings maybe cold and grey,
You are the warm sunrise that brightens my day,
‘My love’, to life who brings true meaning,
You are the softest sunset greeting each evening,
On the blackest darkest of nights,
You are the pure white illuminating light,
Emanating hope that the future will be bright,

A swan gliding gracefully toward the glowing red sky horizon,
You are the sweetest of dreams that surround me as I sleep on,
A butterfly floating, fluttering on the warm summers breeze,
You lift my troubled thoughts from my mind with effortless ease,

The petals opening on a red rose, perfuming the lush green grass,
You show me fond impressions, images that forever will last,
The first spring blossoms after a wet winters despair,
You mend my broken wings with tenderness and care,

My flitting fluorescent fairy, my glittering guardian angel,
To all I know I will gladly tell,
How much you mean to me,
How precious for eternity you will always be,

For in my heart, I know it to be true,
You are indeed a special lady of so few,
For all your exceptional virtues,
Forever, I will always dearly love you.....simply for being You! :hugs:

:yesyes: All fantastic pieces - absolutely love Swan Lake - haven't been to the ballet in years. I have kind of lost my identity at the moment and don't really know what I like. It's good to be reminded by my friends of the good music we have. Take care all.:)

Lol....I'd love to except I've got two left feet!!

That's ok because it'd make 2 of us!!!:hugs: I'd be more than happy with one of those last dances with you where you almost stand still!...if you'd let me of course!

I've never been to the ballet. When I was younger I found them boring but now I'm older I find them totaly engrossing because the music is so lovely and I admire the amount of skill it takes to perform. I find there's so much grace, beauty and romance in their art. For instance, how Does she do this, especially the last part!!!???.............Another of my favourites....

I've only been to the ballet once when I was at Uni in the 80's. We went to see Swan Lake and I really did enjoy it.

Loved the vid. My toes hurt just watching it!:roflmao:

This is lovely but I can "feel" it:unsure:....

"I'm so tired of being here, suppressed by all my childish fears.....and it won't leave me alone, these words won't seem to heal, this pain is just to real, there's just too much that time cannot erase.":hugs:
