Hi Everyone
I have suffered anxiety for many many years. Like many of us, I have experienced a wide range of symptons, the worst usually being the missed, extra heartbeats etc. At the moment though, I have a really fuzzy head. Its weird and I keep feeling quite sick with it. Its almost as if i'm wearing glasses and the lenses are too strong for me (although I know they're not). Its a really freaky feeling and I just feel highly sensistised to my surroundings etc. Anyone else feel like this at times?
