Firstly apologies if there is a forum for this sort of thread I may have missed. Mods, feel free to move as appropriate.
Just wanted to say that this forum is a godsend, I am pretty heavily affected by anxiety and depression at the moment, and just to see there are other people also feeling the same is a large weight off my mind.
I have been losing perspective quite a bit recently, and to see that there are a lot of people similarly affected is helping me to regain focus a bit.
First post and all that.
