Hi Everyone,
My name is Barry and I'm a 44 year old male originally born in London UK but living in Thailand for the last 21 years.
I have suffered from IBS for well over 20 years ( never knew the reason till I had a nervous breakdown 3 years ago) and since the nervous breakdown suffer from Panic attacks, terrible anxiety and depression. Apparently, according to my psychiatrist it all stems from a very traumatic childhood where there was frequent domestic violence and an alcoholic mother.
This website is a Godsend!!!
I am currently on;
Mirtizapine 15mg in the morning
Lexapro 10 mg in the morning
Xanax at lunchtime
Xanax and lexapro after evening meal
Bedtime medications are
Mirtizapine 30 mg
Povanil
Benadryl
Topomax
