Hi all i ave recently begin to have eptopics not everyday but maybe once a week..Always after i have done a busy shift at work. Well im ill at the mo, doc now thinks a viral infection and i was having awful eptopics last night woke up this morning and still have them :weep: really worried im going o have a heart attack or its going to stop :(

eptopics are caused by adrenalin, when I was having up to 50 a day i had an ecg and after the results came back normal they suddenly stoped. The mind is a powerful thing.
