Hi I havent been on here for a while things have been going so well i had a few minor panics so i went back on propranolol and for the last three days i have felt terrible i started on the tablets about two weeks ago but i have only started to feel really panicky for 3 to 4 days i feel a really weird pressure in my head and have been having aches and pains in my chest and head, pins and needles all over and just a sense of panic i know its all part of my anxiety well i hope so any way i just wanted to know if any one else has ever felt like this and do you think it is just an affect of the tablets and if so how long do you think it will take to go away.
Im sorry to ask but i am the type of person who needs reassurance before i start to feel better.
