Scared been told may have viral pneumonia or chest infection

Hello just wondered if anyone had suffered from one of these before, for the past two nights have been waking up seating and my body feels so clammy and hot but im cold it that makes sense is this normal with chest infections plus i have no appetite at all the thought of food is just horrid. My doc has given me antibiotics so i hope this will pass.

Hi ive had severe chest infections a couple of times .The symptoms you describe are ones I can relate too .A course of antibiotics will clear it up .Try also to drink plenty of fluids and take some extra vitamin C either in fruit juice or tabs .Im sure you will start to feel better once the antibiotics kick in ,this is usually after 3 days ..Take care & get well soon Luv Sue x:hugs:
