I've been getting into a bit of a panic recently and had these...kinda like a dizzying feeling, yet I won't be in a state of panic, and my heart rate seems relatively normal : [
I remember when my anxiety first began, I'd focus on a negative thought then almost get a 'brain rush' which felt intensely disorientating - and due to hypochondria i keep scaring myself thinking i have some form of epilepsy .. : \
Just wondering if these sensations are normal..
