Hi Guys Newbie here

Hi all

I am new here (i have posted in the introduce yourself forum) i have so many physical symtoms i am scared all the time to name a few i get

Aches
Headaches
Palpatation (have not been as bad recently)
Backache
IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
Not sleeping well

I feel exhausted in the mornings i am only 37 i feel twice my age

Anyone else feel like this?

Welcome to NMP and we have some wonderful forums here to help you with these and many other symptoms.. We hope you feel relaxed and feel free to ask anything you need to or share whatever you need to. You are among many here that are here for you.

For the different symptoms.. there is a special forum symptoms and list of almost every anxiety symptom you can experienced ..Write about your symptoms and ask if others have had them ,and read post that describe what you are having. .It will all help.Michael

And by the way YES most of us have the same symptoms ,those are all too familiar so try to relax and do some reading here .Im sure you will find the exact ones mentioned hundreds of times. Michael
