I'm so sorry for your loss.:hugs:

I would imagine it's perfectly normal to feel as you do, both mentally and physically, after a miscarriage.

I've had 2 successful pregnancies, and during both and afterwards, I was a hormonal mess.

Nowadays, my anxiety increases around ovulation time and when I get my period. I also get IBS at the same times and generally feel a bit rubbish.

Try to take a day at a time and know that you WILL feel better soon.:bighug1:

Hormones can be very nasty things. They say taking vitamin b6 daily can help keep your hormones in check.
I am so sorry for your loss.

Yes probably hormones are going ballistic and causing your anxiety in to overdrive. God bless you sweetie sorry about what has happened to you and hope you are feeling better. Just try to take it easy. .and relax. .Michael
