Twitching???

Hey All!

Does anyone else get twitching when really nervous / anxious?? I usually get a twitch under my eye (I usually get ectopics too!) when speaking to someone about something which is making me really nervous.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lol drives me bats.. or sometimes when im sleeping my leg or lips . You name it I have had it .. Its annoying but it will go away.. Michael

yeah I get twitchnig all over the body, mainly in the face neck and abdomen, I find the aprts that make me worry ill vomit twitch the most, in that cruel way that our bodies do :P (chin, throat and stomach)

Yeah I get twitches, especially when I'm tired.
Cutting down the caffeine seems to help.

I get muscle twitching pretty much every day all over my body. Happens mostly in my bum, legs, arms and face. Only seems to kick off though when the anxiety kicks off, i'm convinced my muscles are twitching because of something else though like something neurologically wrong.
