Sweating

One minute im fine then all of a sudden my hands and feet sweat really bad, im starting to get a complex about it and thinking that i am going to end up smelling horrible :unsure:

Just one more of the horrible symptoms i am getting at the moment

Its the worst! I work in a really warm climate so I know exactly how you feel:(

My room at college is alway freezing so when i am there im always shaking, i dont know wether this is the anxiety or just from feeling cold but its unplesent. When i get home i am the complete oposite and feel really hot

I always shake in the mornings, my hands wont stop the tremours, but by the afternoon and evening it subsides and goes away. Another bothersome symptom of the anxiety.

i get this with anxiety but i also get chills too which i find awful.

I'm currently trying to work my way through a bout of anxiety (getting there slowly but surely I hope!), but sweating palms is the worst symptom that I just can't shake at the moment, especially while I'm at work. I wouldn't worry about smelling - only stale sweat smells, so as long as you wash/bathe as normal you'll be fine, but I feel your pain as it's a frustrating and unpleasant feeling!
