Can anyone relate to this?

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing really tight chest and feeling like ive got to catch my breathe and it also gets a funny pain at the top of my back :(

Can anyone relate to this? Is it anxiety or does it sound something more serious :(

sounds like indigestion mate, i get this a lot its nothing to worry about when your anxious your body creates excess acid in your stomach which makes you feel tight in the chest, see your doc just to be sure, lee

It does sound like indigestion, but you've not said if anxiety is usually a part of your life. As with any unusual physical feelings, if they continue, get them checked by your doc.

I've suffered with anxiety in the past a few times been on beta blockers but not had it for ages and suddenly bang all come back again...feeling so tierd sickly and tight chested :( comes and goes :(
