Day one of meds

Well took last night and had a good sleep but I did feel like I had a hangover when I woke up with a cloudy headache. Feel really tired and not much energy today? Is this normal? Have most people been able to go to work in the first few weeks of taking them? Still feel a bit deflated that I could not go it alone but hopefully this will give me the boost I need to overcome my fears! Thanks to everyone so far for their kind words and support.

:hugs:Sounds perfectly normal hun so dont worry .Just accept its going to be a bit rough for a while ,it does pass .Some people can go to work others are just not able to ..See how you feel and dont beat yourself up if you cant .I couldnt go out at all for two weeks and then it took a long time for me to go out during the day as I felt so awful .Stay focused on the end result and it will pay off .Take care luv Sue x

yes its normal for the first few days i couldnt get out of bed was that tired but im fine now
