Hi Guys,
Have been feeling pretty ok last week or so hardly any symptoms, which was unusual feeling in its self. However yesterday got in from work and walked in to the kitchen all of a sudden my eyes felt like they couldn't focus and the more I tried the more of a dizzy sensation I got. This only lasted for about 5-10 seconds but I had to sit down straight away.
Since then I've felt shakey and nervous, even just getting out of bed today I was petrified of it happening again. When it happened I also felt like a jolt in my body which scared me.
Could the continued feelings of shakiness and eye-ache just be delayed panic or anxiety coming out after feeling rather ok for a week? I'm so confused and scared at moment about this, it's also effected my sleep lastnight, restless all night.
