Okay I know this is anxiety related... but I can't help but thinking "WHAT IF" lol... so I'll post and see if that helps! So I worked a 6 hour shift (at a retail store) with 3 inch heeled boots on.... and I have a habit of walking with my left foot turned in.... ALSO.... I have a terrible habit of standing with that leg locked and tense... sooooooo... it would only make sense that today my knee hurts on the outer left hand side. I just had to feel it and sure enough it feels swollen or something... in the past I've poked at things until I have bruised them!! So, it has only been 2 days and the second is always the worst after you work out a muscle bc then it is rebuilding (hubby lifts weights so he says that is what happens).... so why am I getting all nervous and jittery??? UGh.... I'm doing so much better and I think it makes these set backs harder to deal with...
Sorry so long... thanks for letting me rant!!

its not even a setback - just a tiny blip.

Your hubby is right .

Yes that is normal during recovery to be overly in tune ..

Move on from this one - it is of no consequence
