Day two of meds

Was out yesterday went for a walk etc but feel tired with little motivation for anything! This morning feel less sleepy but low energy and quite anxious as worrying if I will be fit for work next week, so I feel stressed but not as high a stress as normal just now! Could they be kicking in already??? My mood is a bit low prob still from having to try meds and feeling sorry for myself! I went on the meds to reduce my anxiety as have huge highs and lows with it!

im on day 3 and you sound pretty similar to me! im sticking with it though

I felt a noticeable difference on the 7th day of these but it's different for everybody. I think the first week you spend worrying what the tablets are doing and then it gets better as any side effects die down. When you have a really good day though, it doesn't mean all is sorted. Thats the mistake i made and was then disappointed when i felt a bit rough again the next day. Thinks it's all about patience with these (which is tough) but stick at it and hopefully you will feel better soon.

citalopram (being in that section and all :P)!!! im on 20mg
