Good morning,

Does anybody else have pains in their arms, starts of as a shooting pain then goes kind of achey? it now seems to be mainly in my hand. Just wanted to double check as my health anxirty always leads me to think it is something major! Thanks for reading.

Hi Richard

Yes I get arm pains a lot, it is all to do with tense muscles in your neck and shoulders, it also affects my hands too.
Do you sit at the PC a lot, as this can bring the pain on for me.

Thanks for your reply Lainey. Yes I do sit at a pc a lot and I have a stiff neck, a habit i need to get out of. Spend all day on a pc at work then go home and do the same. Can't be good for me!

Try a soak in a warm, bubbly bath and try to relax your shoulders when not on the PC.

I have also has a couple of neck and shoulder massages which helped.

Thanks Lainey and Meg, I honestly did a search on it first but could only find one topic that mentioned it for some reason, i'll be more thorough next time!
