Yes, like i am trying to grasp on to reality, its not nice

I think i know the feeling you have, its not very nice at all,kind of a detached feeling from, well everything. Just hang in there and it should pass in time, have you done anything differently recently that may have brought it on?

Just being constantly anxious is the only reason i can think of

I know its easy for me to say from this end but take a comfy seat, take a deep breath and keep thinking to yourself your fine cos you are. Its not a nice feeling but the light headed feeling will pass.
Keep an eye on it and if it doesnt pass soon get it seen to,im sorry i cant be of more help!!:emot-wanttohug:

i also keep forgetting things that i have just done or did earlier in the day
