Adrenal Fatigue?

Can someone please share if you have suffered from Adrenal Fatigue and if chronic anxiety can cause this

Adrenal fatigue is not a real medical term or condition. It's more of a marketing thing in order to sell herbal supplements. However, if it can and does occur, anxiety is probably the most likely culprit alongside continuous stress.

you can have other issues with your adrenals but I agree the fatigue is mainly marketing. It is impossible to diagnose.
I just had testing done for my adrenals, it was a 24 hour urine test to check the levels of epinephrine and non-ep. I believe.

Thank Guys for your feedback. I was wondering if this was another "media hype" to sell supplements. I feel like I keep hearing about this everywhere. I seem to have a problem where if I hear about any condition, I start to experience the symptoms. Just another beautiful part of Health Anxiety. Thanks again
