a poem about anxiety

Anxiety
　
　
Always there to rear its ugly head,
Kicking us when were least expect,
Chest tightens and heart beats faster,


Never knowing when to expect it to arrive,
Wondering will it be now,
Or tomorrow,
People tell me that it will pass,
But how do I convince my mind and heart it will?


Longing for the day that I am free,
from anxiety forever,
Will this ever happen I ask?
