Should you ever have (though I doubt you will) "positive thinking for you" an anxiety attack again -- DON'T FIGHT IT. Say to yourself calmly I FEEL ANXIOUS or I FEEL NERVOUS. We can then logically plan our next step instead of going into a blind escalating panic.

Once we admit we are in a STATE of nervousness or anxiety we know that all we have to do is BREAK STATE or enter into a different STATE of OUR choosing. We are then ALWAYS in control.

Imagine yourself going into an excited state like having just won the lottery or a laughing state at some funny experience you've had or seen in a film or a romantic state from years gone by or whatever YOU CHOOSE.

Our brains cannot distinguish imagery from reality. That is why we get excited when watching an exciting movie or cry when watching Titanic. If you were to sit down and vividly imagine yourself spending millions having just won the lottery you'd find your body getting quite excited. Try it!!!

Any positive/negative feedback is welcomed,
Best wishes to all,
Barry
