Whats wrong with me?

Many of u know ive been suffering from constant headaches since aug feel like ive gone bad 2 worse been getting pain in my neck and a stiff neck also numbness in my face and mouth so scared this is affecting my life seeing a nero 2moz just wanna know whats wrong cant live like this.:weep:

Sounds like major tension with anxiety but im not a doctor.. Maybe make an appointment and check it out just to relieve your mind. Michael
