alcohol and anxiety

hi i went out this weekend for my mates birthday and here we are tuesday and im still anxious the only thing that calms me down is another drink how do i break this terrible cycle somebody please help x

Get some advice from your GP and cut back on the drink. Anxiety and lots of alcohol do not mix.
