I have been having issues with anxiety attacks since just before I left uni. The first ones I feared the very worst (heart attack) and ended up calling out an ambulance. Even fainted for the first time cracking my head open on the kitchen floor >.<

After seeing a doctor I was told I was having anxiety attacks
Been on Citalopram for about 5-6 months but came off of it as I did not want to become dependent on meds and I was starting to get them again anyways.

Found this place by googling for advice. Thought I'd join and see if I could find help as well as helping others.
