I keep imagining things going numb?

It's been my biggest fear forever and while sitting in my boyfriend's car earlier I felt a little pop kind of tingle feeling in my finger and I thought to myself, "omg what if they go numb?" sure enough, they felt numb but I could still feel them? now I have it in my head my foot is numb although I can still feel it and hot and cold sensations. I'm so terrified. I've never had anything go numb, does it actually mean you cannot feel the area if so? I feel like such an idiot. I'm sorry :weep:

i had funny sensations like that in my throat head and arm, but it was all down to anxiety so try not to worry as the more you woory about it the more it happens
