Today is the first day in about three weeks that i am in the house on my own, my daughter and my step mum have been coming to visit me everyday and have been taking the twins to school for me and picking them up but i have took the kids to school the past two days and picked them up and am now having a day on my own. Don't get me wrong my legs were like lead and i have a worry/panicy feeling going on in my body but with the help of the meds Propanolol i think its called im not panicing like i would normally be doing. I have to wait for a phone call between 12-4 from a councillor to do a 15 min telephone assessment before they decide whether i need to see someone or not :(
