Hi all ive been on citalopram for 15 days and havent really had many side effects but for the past couple of days ive been getting very itchy all over . And my armpits are sticky. When i got my medacation i threw out the leaflet as when i read side effects i usally think i have eveyone of them .

Hi.. i think it sounds like an allergic reaction to the drug. Dont worry but go to the dr and i would hazard a guess he will change you onto something else. Like all drugs some people can react differently to others.

I think you're lucky to get off with only those SEs! Sweating and itching is not uncommon, unless you get a rash, in which case you should go to the doctors.

Yep true, no rash probably no allergic reaction.
