Hi I am new to this site. A friend of mine uses this site and suggested that i join, in order to help me,,I am 36 and suffer with panic attacks, OCD, anxiety to name a few, I feel so alone at times and feel that i am not normal, I am currently on waiting list for help.

Hi snippy, hello and welcome to nmp! i only joined a couple of days ago and its been a great help knowing theres other people out there. And you are normal, we all are, we just have a few things we have to deal with, just like someone would with any other condition be it physical or mental.
