Can anxiety cause a loss of sense of time, it's hard to explain but i feel like i have done things during the day and then at night time i have kind of just done them without actually being there

Anxiety most certainly can cause a lost sense of time and reality.

How I feel everyday is almost robotic. I float around trying to do what I am supposed to - with no concentration, no ability to focus and am totally unaware how long it is taking me to complete. I find myself doing things over and over (not in an OCD way) but because I have not paid any attention to how long I have been spending on it. When I have no concentration/interest it takes me much longer to complete tasks.

I have no idea if I answered your question but I absolutely feel I have not only lost all sense of time, but my reality as well.

I don't know if this is anxiety.. it might be. because all my life I have felt like that at one time or another. I hope you do feel better soon.Michael
