Hi! friends in london or nearby...?!

Hey,

So im Leon, 27 and based in London. I'd really like to speak to anyone that has anxiety of any kind really. I have lots of great friends, but im really not comfortable sharing my anxiety with them at this point!
It would be great to be in touch/meet someone who also suffers the trials and tribulations of anxiety! support and share with each other i guess.

Hi Leon,

I guess we are in the same boat, I've been suffering from anxiety for about two months now - it started when I was on a business trip to Germany and all of a sudden I couldn't breath. I was put on oxygen and a drip in an ambulance and rushed to hospital!

Subsequent tests have shown everything is normal; ECG, chest X-ray, blood tests.

After denying I had a problem for several weeks, I went to my doctor and asked if there was some medication to help. I've been on citalopram for two weeks now, and feel it is helping.

Why don't you tell us about you anxiety? I find that talking about it has been a great help.
