Fuzzy noises in ears.

Does any on else get that.. Its like a faded out and fuzzy heart beating sound in both ears.. Im getting so freaked out by it. My anxiety is really high lately. Is this a sign ive never had this before?

Probably inner ear trouble or sinus.. Could be anxiety . I was told many times it was until they realized what mine was.. but yours sounds like you might be having some ear problems and the anxiety is peaking with it.. not causing it.. If it keeps bothering you see your doc.. Michael
