I have had awful anxiety for a week or two now with very little rest.
My body is really tensed and i only get some relief when i take diazepam but i dont dare to take it too much.

I have teribble stiffness in my neck and between my shoulder wings, i am really tensed.

I have noticed that it can come really hyrtful and shooting pains up in my head. It feels like it comes from the neck.

Now i start to worry about tumours or anything like that.

Can the shooting pains come from the neck and shoulder aches?

There seem to never be an end of this circus:lac:

I think what she's trying to ask you is whether or not you clench your teeth, or if you grind them. Many people with anxiety issues do this both consciously and unconsciously.

This is a major reason for neck soreness/stiffness - all of the muscles are interconnected.

There are many benign and common reasons for your neck being sore - the top of that list is stress and anxiety.

Go easy on yourself.
