My GP has been trying to wean me off 20mg citalopram but its been a struggle. I have tried 20mg then 10mg on alternate days but felt really dodgy so for the past 5 days ive been on 15mg everyday and i have felt really tense and anxious and the bad shakes are back big time. My GP has now suggested i swap to citalopram syrup so i can reduce even slower ie 2.5mg at a time. Has anybody swapped from tabs to liquid? Is there any changes i can expect? Any advice would be much appreciated as i feel like im stuck in a rut at the moment and i really want to get myself together for Xmas for the kids sake. Take care all xxx
