i was just wondering if my headache is anxiety related

i've had the same headach off and on now since sunday and it's really flared up my anxiety (as i keep thinking its a brain tumour)

it's not particulary painful and im not convinced im aware of it if i don't think about it. its like one of those headache you get from holding your breath for to long. So can you get headache from the opposite (hyperventilating)?

i might sound crazy but its really getting me down

love
Rachel

Hi Rach

Anxiety as we all know brings out the weirdest symptoms!

I get what you call tension headaches, feels like my head is rolling, but tension is also stress and anxiety related so I would try and take some stronger pain killers which will help reduce the tension in your back and neck and with a good nights sleep you should feel loads better

Oh by the way started reading the book today" What to say whe you talk to yourself"

Good book I will update you when I have read it

Thanks for that and dont worry too much

Thanks for the reply susanne

i'm feeling less anxious but am stilling getting headaches.

after reading your reply i looked up about tension headaches and it's really helped me. it seems to be when i think about having a headache i get one but then when i'm busy i don't have one (i'm going mad i think). Now i can contribute it to that i feel so much better in myself

let me know how your book goes i love reading up on anxiety as it helps me to cope

thanks again susanne

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
