Hello to all,
I am sure that my problem is not new to anybody. I'm anxious and depressed. I would like to apologise for my English, but I hope I'll make myself clear enough and I will receive replies from you.
For 15 months I was on Cipralex and 3 weeks ago I stoped taking them (gradually from 10 mg to 5mg (for 2 months) and then 0). Last week I felt like never before, not only having panic attacks, but also depression (crying a LOOOOT and thinking that this is the end, I'll be like this or worse for the rest of my life). I read a lot about weaning of Cipralex and it wasn't very encouraging:( I do not want to start taking the pills again.
Could you please give me some good news or some tips to make this period easier?
