Hi Guys
On the whole today has not been too bad after going docs last week and getting reassured about the whole left arm about to have a heart attack thing i am suffering the most with constipation due to my ibs i had a upset tummy last night due to my anxiety so i took some andrews to settle it and thought it may help me go toilet well it did i have been twice today which is a relief my tummy feels much better
my arm still hurts but i just remind myself what the doctor said and it helps a little i wish i could feel well like i used to i wish i still had my mam to talk to i have always been anxious anout doctors and such but she always knew what to say to me i miss her so much that makes me feel worse i know she would not want her passing to make me ill which makes me feel guilty and so it goes on and on
