arms feel realy weak

hi everyone can any one tell me if this is normal after a good deal of stress over the last couple of wks and a sore throat whice i thought was cancer my arms feel realy weak even typing this i feel hurts

I had aching arms a few days ago, not sure if its the same feeling though. I thought I was coming down with something, & I had only got rid of the sore throat virus less than a week ago. But the ol arms are ok now, so not too sure what that was. I'd had jabbing pains in them for a day or so, then the aching started. Mystery. Maybe another small virus going round?
