positive vibes please!

hi...
well im still doing well although a bit of a "wobble" / " blip" this week for what seems no reason but never mind.
i am still doing new stuff all the time and have recently been away for the week end again and even went out for a meal with a group of people i hardly know. anyway going off the point now...
i am going to the cinema tonight [:O] its my birthday tomorrow and my friend thought it would be nice as he has to work tomorrow night.
hmmm ive not been for years and we are going to the 9 20pm showing so its quite late. i know it will be busy and we are seeing harry potter so its quite a long film too...
i just wanted to tell someone and also ask you to please send positive vibes as i would love to have a really nice time (not had a good birthday for years)
my friend as you probably have guessed is my ex... lets just say we are taking it slowly this time!!! and i have no pre conceived ideas of how things will turn out just enjoying it for what it is...(but he doesnt really understand panic/anxiety) and so it is even more important to me that we can go and relax and have a good eve as he has taken the time out to think about taking me somewhere ... i do not want mr "p" coming with me and ruining it...
thank you all so much for your support there is no way i would have come this far without you lot and this great site

i went and enjoyed it... it was such a long film and not the sort i would normally choose to watch but it was great... i loved it and shall be going again...
im not sure what it was i was panicing/worrying about that has stopped me going before...
