Shaking Legs

I don't know why, but lately but I find that whenever I am sat down my legs start to shake up and down, mainly my right leg.
It may well be related to my anxiety thingy but not sure.
Anyone else ever experienced this sort of thing ?

I am due to see my GP in the morning and am not sure if I should mention it!

Any feedback most welcome.

Definitely worth mentioning, but it sounds like an anxiety symptom. I am an expert at these! Sorry to hear you are struggling, but hopefully the doc can put your mind at ease.
