Cant lift my arms!

Does anyone else ever get this were they cant lift there arms they fill so heavy and hurt ;( i can barely clean my teeth !also does anyone get muscle weakness my arms are shaking like mad when i lift the kettle

Yes , if I'm really tired.
I'm not sure if I'm oversensitive to certain feelings for example if I've been on the phone and my arm aches I notice it and think about what it could be when most people probably wouldn't even register it
