Hi Everyone. Been a while since my last post. Am coming up on my 'anniversary' of 1 year on no anti-depressants! For the last week can feel my HA creeping back in there. Got a bit of stress going on at home/work, nothing worse than the usual. For the last couple of days can feel the Globas in my throat, acid heartburn in my stomach & cramps & diarrhea (sorry!) Normally can shake off but not this week, don't want to go back to thinking that every symptom is cancer. Have considered making a doctors appointment but with my past history I don't really want to back on the pills. Advice please xxxx
