Hi Everyone. Haven't posted for a while. Just coming up on my 'anniversary' of 1 year no anti-depressants. For last week can feel my HA creeping back in there. Got a bit of stress going on in my life but nothing worse than usual. For last couple of days can feel Globas in my throat, acid feeling in stomach & cramps & diarrhea (sorry!). Don't won't to go back to doctors too quickly as have loads of tests(everything was cancer) & don't really want to go back on pills. Am I just having a lapse or is something wrong?! Advice please xx
